BY COMPLETING THE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORM AND CLICKING THE “I HAVE READ AND AGREED” BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, THAT YOU AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

SEO Plus Traffic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove all or part of the Agreement at any time with or without notice. Please refer back to this Agreement often.

Technical Guidelines:

The URL must render a live web page. For example, it should not generate any error messages such as “file not found.”

The web page must be accessible to the public and must not use any blocking technologies, or require a username, password, cookie or other authentication.

The URL may not contain the following:
– Non-printing characters (ASCII value 0-31)
– Spaces (32)
– International characters (ASCII value 127-255)
– Foreign characters: @ ! $ ^ * ( ) ~ ` (ASCII values 64, 33, 36, 94, 42, 40, 41, 126, 96

The URL itself must not be more than 255 characters long. The URL should not use frames to display the text. The URL should not use Javascript, Meta refresh, or other scripts to load a substitute URL. The URL should not redirect to a resource not residing on the same server, domain, or subdomain.

Editorial Guidelines:

The web page must not display any illegal content, or offer any products or services that may be or are misleading or illegal, including without limitation any content, products, or services that violate or infringe any legal obligations or the rights of a third party.

The web page must not utilize previously abandoned URLs, where the implied content of the URL is not accurately represented by the URL, its title, or its description.

Orders/Submissions should not include references in the URL, Title, Keywords, Description or Body to brand names or products not sold on the destination page unless the reference is clearly used to provide a comparative reference to the brand name or product for the user. SEO Plus Traffic is not responsible for monitoring submissions for compliance and any issues, which may arise from misleading references, shall be your sole responsibility.

SEO Plus Traffic brands may not be used to imply affiliation with or an endorsement by, SEO Plus Traffic. SEO Plus Traffic branding – logos or proprietary images from SEO Plus Traffic or any of SEO Plus Traffic’ brands – cannot be used within an advertisement without prior approval. This restriction may be applied at the sole discretion of SEO Plus Traffic, to any portion of any orders.

Relationship of Parties:

You (the Client) and seoplustraffic.in are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of seoplustraffic.in. You will not make any statement, whether on your website or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this Section.

A full refund of the purchase price will be made only where the request for the refund is received before the start of the service or:
– The service has not been delivered within 30 days.
– The service has not been delivered due to technical problems.

Company and Client consider email transmitted via the Services to be the private correspondence of the sender. Neither Company nor Client will monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a User’s private communications, except that User agrees that Company, Client, and their third-party service providers may do so: (a) as required by law; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) if necessary to enforce this Agreement; (d) to respond to claims that such contents violate the rights of third parties; or (e) to protect the rights or property of Company, Client, its third-party service providers, or others. If you register with seoplustraffic.in or any of seoplustraffic.in’s affiliated sites you accept to receive email news from seoplustraffic.in. However, you have the option to unsubscribe your email address from this news in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability:

seoplustraffic.in will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if seoplustraffic.in has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Miscellaneous:

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the federal or courts located in the state of Maharashtra, India and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. seoplustraffic.in’s failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of seoplustraffic.in’s right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
